Good nutrition is a key to happy, focused kids – and families!

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive. One way to ensure you’re getting the most bang for your buck is to eat locally grown produce.

In-season fruits and veggies are less expensive and have more nutrients than produce that has suffered through days of interstate—or international—travel.
